Hello there, I’m Melody, a UX designer who has 7 years of experience in the service industry and a background in Graphic Design. After years of working in hospitality, I realized that I wanted a career that combined my creativity, problem-solving skills, and passion for making people’s lives easier. 

 

I took a class in UX design at City College of San Francisco and immediately fell in love with the process of identifying user needs, designing solutions, and iterating until the product is just right. I enrolled in a UX cohort and immersed myself in the world of user-centered design.

 

My background in service has given me a unique perspective on customer interactions and how they impact the overall user experience. I bring a deep empathy for users and a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences to every project I work on. 

 

Since making the switch to UX design, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. I am constantly learning and growing in my craft. I believe that the best designs are born out of a deep understanding of user behavior, and I am committed to researching and analyzing user data to create products that meet and exceed user expectations.
